Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Manager to handle the hospital's social media presence and digital content. The candidate should be able to manage social media platforms, plan content, coordinate with doctors and the creative team, and improve overall engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Create and publish engaging healthcare-related posts, reels, stories and videos.
• Write captions, post copy and basic scripts for social media content.
• Coordinate with doctors, video editors and graphic designers for content creation.
• Manage daily posting and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
• Track social media performance, reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Prepare regular social media reports and performance analysis.
• Identify trending topics, reels formats and content opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage social media campaigns and paid promotions when required.
• Ensure all healthcare content is professional, accurate and brand-friendly.
