Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Platform Management: Oversee, optimize, and manage all our official channels including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

2. Content Strategy & Creation: Plan, script, shoot, and post high-quality daily content. A major focus will be on creating highly engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts, engaging Stories, and interactive posts.

3. Algorithm Mastery: Deeply understand social media algorithms (especially Instagram and YouTube) to ensure our content gets maximum organic reach, views, and virality.

4. Audience Engagement & Growth: Actively monitor comment sections, reply to direct messages, run polls, and implement organic strategies to grow our follower base and build a loyal community.

5. Trend Jacking: Stay up-to-date with daily internet trends, viral audios, and memes, and quickly adapt them to fit our brand's voice.

6. Analytics & Reporting: Track weekly performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, video watch-time) to analyze what works and continuously improve the content strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.

- Solid understanding of social media metrics and growth algorithms.

- Hands-on experience with mobile/desktop video editing tools (like CapCut, VN Editor, or Premiere Pro) and basic graphic design tools (like Canva).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.

- Must be creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment in Jaipur.
