Social Media Executive

Neelghar Sarees is looking for a creative, proactive, and skilled Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle our social media platforms on a daily basis.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging Reels, videos, posts, and stories.
• Handle basic video editing and content creation.
• Manage WhatsApp inquiries, customer messages, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers professionally and assist them with product-related queries.
• Coordinate and upload content across social media platforms.
• Have basic knowledge of website management and product/content updates.
• Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
• Suggest new and creative content ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
• Basic to good knowledge of video editing and content creation.
• Basic understanding of website management.
• Creative mindset with an eye for fashion, presentation, and visual content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in the fashion, saree, retail, or e-commerce industry will be an advantage.
