Social Media Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and hardworking Social Media Handler who can manage our social media accounts, handle computer-related work, and assist with e-commerce operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of social media marketing, online selling platforms, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Create and upload posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
• Reply to customer messages and comments professionally
• Handle basic photo editing and content posting
• Work on e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
• Upload products, update listings, titles, descriptions, and pricing
• Maintain product data and customer records on computer
• Coordinate with the team for marketing and online promotions
• Monitor social media performance and engagement

Requirements

• Basic to good knowledge of social media handling
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify preferred)
• Good computer operating skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or editing tools is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Experience in jewelry or fashion industry is preferred

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
• Experience in social media or e-commerce handling preferred
