Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead who can build and execute SEO strategies, lead a small team, and drive organic growth for our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute on-page, off-page & technical SEO strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the SEO team while managing daily tasks.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Improve organic rankings, traffic, and overall website performance.
  • Plan content strategy with the content/design team.
  • Track SEO performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and implement data-driven SEO initiatives.

Requirements


  • 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Experience leading an SEO team is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals & backlink strategies.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
