About the Role

Suits Workspaces is looking for an SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to improve our online visibility, generate qualified leads, and support growth for our coworking spaces, managed offices, meeting rooms, virtual office services, and commercial workspace solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO, Google Business Profile, content posting, local search, basic performance tracking, and digital lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve SEO visibility for Suits Workspaces across Google Search and local search results.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all Suits Workspaces centres.
• Update website pages, landing pages, blogs, and service content with SEO-friendly copy.
• Research keywords for coworking, managed office, virtual office, meeting room, and office space searches in Jaipur.
• Track website leads, calls, form submissions, Google Business leads, and listing inquiries.
• Coordinate regular posting of centre photos, workspace updates, offers, and local content.
• Manage and update listings on coworking and office-space platforms such as Office Hub, Qdesq, myHQ, Google, Justdial, and similar portals.
• Support basic social media posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create simple creatives using Canva for offers, workspace availability, events, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with operations/Nitish for available cabins, seats, managed-office inventory, centre photos, and client updates.
• Prepare weekly SEO, leads, and marketing performance reports.
• Support paid campaigns on Google/Meta if required.

Required Skills

• SEO basics: keywords, on-page SEO, local SEO, metadata, content optimization.
• Google Business Profile management.
• Basic understanding of Google Search Console / Google Analytics preferred.
• Canva design skills.
• Good written communication.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to maintain daily trackers and weekly reports.
• Interest in coworking, real estate, commercial offices, or local business marketing.

Good to Have

• Google Ads / Meta Ads exposure
• WordPress / Wix / website editing experience
• Blog writing or content writing experience
• Basic reel/video editing
• Experience with real estate, coworking, hospitality, or local services

Compensation

Rs. 20,000-25,000 per month, depending on experience and practical skills.
