Job Description
Suits Coworking is hiring a hands-on SEO Specialist to improve our website’s organic visibility and generate relevant enquiries for coworking spaces, private cabins and managed offices.
Responsibilities
Own the website’s technical, on-page and local SEO.
Research keywords and map them to relevant service and location pages.
Improve page titles, descriptions, headings, content and internal linking.
Identify indexing, crawlability, sitemap, redirect, canonical and structured-data issues.
Coordinate with our developer to implement and verify approved technical fixes.
Optimise Google Business Profiles and local listings for genuine business locations.
Plan useful content that answers prospective customers’ questions.
Monitor Google Search Console and GA4, reporting on organic traffic, relevant enquiries and progress.
Maintain a prioritised SEO plan and a clear record of completed changes.
Requirements
Practical experience in technical, on-page and local SEO.
Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4 and website-auditing tools.
Ability to work with a custom-built website, not just WordPress plugins.
Existing examples of SEO work, with a clear explanation of personal contributions and results.
Strong written communication, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Experience with local services, coworking, office leasing or commercial property is an advantage.
