Job Description

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for digital banking applications (Mobile Banking & Internet Banking).Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data.Execute test cases and ensure high-quality delivery within defined timelines.Identify, log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring proper defect lifecycle management.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify gaps.Validate end-to-end user journeys across banking features such as payments, fund transfers, onboarding, and account services.Ensure cross-platform testing (Android, iOS, Web) with consistent user experience.Support UAT cycles and provide necessary QA validations.Participate in defect triage meetings and provide clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
