Job Description

Loan Telecaller – Personal Loan & Car LoanWe are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Sales Executive for Personal Loan and Car Loan products.

  • ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with customers/leads for Personal Loan and Car Loan.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and required documents.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful loan cases.
  • Handle customer queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for loan processing.
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
  • Candidate ProfileMinimum 1–2 years of experience in Personal Loan, Car Loan, Banking, NBFC, DSA or financial services.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Experience in telecalling and lead conversion preferred.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable with follow-up calls.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
