Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Officer is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing guidance to the sales team to maximize performance.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Mentor and support junior sales executives to improve their sales performance.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and sales procedures.
  • QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
