About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-value property sales, specifically targeting consistent individual closures of ₹1 Crore+ per month. You will manage premium clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ensuring a luxury buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales cycles for premium residential and commercial properties in Jaipur.
• Source, pitch, and build strong relationships with HNI clients and investors.
• Conduct site visits, handle price negotiations, and successfully close high-ticket deals.
• Meet and exceed the monthly sales target of ₹1 Crore+ in property value closures.
• Collaborate with channel partners and brokers to expand market reach.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hardcore sales experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently closing high-value deals (₹1 Crore+ monthly portfolio).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market.
