Senior Accountant — Private Limited

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing the complete accounting function for Indian Art Villa (Private Limited) — including GST, TDS, ROC compliance, BUSY software maintenance, e-commerce reconciliation, export accounting, and monthly financial reporting to the MD.

Key Responsibilities

•       Ensure all GST, TDS, and ROC filings are submitted on time with zero defaults.

•       Set up, maintain, and keep the BUSY accounting software up to date with zero backlog beyond 3 days.

•       Perform complete bank reconciliation by month-end every month.

•       Reconcile all e-commerce channel payments (Amazon, Flipkart, Website) within 48 hours.

•       Handle export accounting including LUT, FEMA compliance, and foreign remittance entries.

•       Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the MD.

•       Manage the proprietorship to Private Limited transition accounting requirements.

•       Coordinate with auditors and ensure no adverse audit opinion.

•       Handle e-commerce TCS reconciliation and vendor payment processing.

Requirements

•       5–8 years of experience in accounting — Private Limited company experience mandatory.

•       Mandatory proficiency in BUSY accounting software.

•       Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC, and e-commerce TCS compliance.

•       Experience with export accounting, LUT, and FEMA requirements.

•       Ability to manage independent audit coordination.
