Security Supervisor

Job Description:

•  Supervising and assigning duties to security guards.
•  Monitoring warehouse security operations and CCTV systems.
•  Controlling entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
•  Preventing theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access.
•  Conducting regular patrols and security inspections.
•  Investigating security incidents and preparing reports.
•  Coordinating emergency responses for fire, accidents, or medical situations.
•  Ensuring all security procedures and company policies are followed.
•  Maintaining attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules for security staff.
•  Training security guards on safety procedures and emergency response.
•  Coordinating with warehouse management, transport teams, and local authorities when needed.
•  Keeping records of visitors, vehicles, and security incidents.
•  Experience as a security guard or team leader.
•  Leadership and communication skills.
•  Knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
