We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Sales team in Jagatpura, Jaipur. If you have 3–4 years of experience selling tiles and bathroom fittings and can build strong networks with local architects, designers, and builders, we want to talk to you! Your main goal will be to visit clients, handle inquiries, and drive sales growth.

• Key Responsibilities (What you will do): Field Visits & Networking: Meet and build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors in Jaipur to get bulk orders.
• Sales & Closing: Understand customer requirements, prepare price quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal design and delivery teams to ensure materials are delivered to the client on time.
• Client Support: Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide great after-sales service to ensure repeat business.

Job Requirements (Who can apply):Experience: 3 to 4 years of mandatory experience in the Tiles, Ceramics, or Bathware industry.

• Education: Graduate with relevant experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B/Retail sales.
• Assets: Must have a two-wheeler for field/market visits in Jaipur.
• Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Jagatpura, Malviya Nagar, or Mansarovar will be preferred.
