Job Title: Sales Business Officer (SBO) (Pan India)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 CTC


Job Summary:

The Sales Business Officer (SBO) will be responsible for driving business growth by sourcing and acquiring customers for Gold Loan and Non-Gold Loan products. The role involves extensive fieldwork, customer acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and portfolio quality.


Key Responsibilities:-


GOLD LOAN:

*Generate new business through field visits, local market outreach, and customer referrals.

*Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

*Promote gold loan products and educate customers on features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

*Assist customers with documentation and coordinate with branch teams for loan processing.

*Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

*Conduct follow-ups for interest payments, renewals, and support collections while ensuring compliance.


Non-Gold Loan Business (PL, BL, HL, LAP)

*Generate leads and acquire customers through field sales activities.

*Conduct market visits, area mapping, and develop referral networks.

*Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.

*Support customers throughout the loan lifecycle and coordinate with internal teams for disbursement.

*Achieve sales targets across all loan products and contribute to revenue growth.

*Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups, including collections support.


Eligibility Criteria:-

*Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales, preferably in NBFC

*Graduation preferred (not mandatory depending on experience).

*Strong understanding of local market and customer acquisition.
