Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans. This role involves managing sales teams, overseeing marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team

Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports

Identify new markets and customer segments

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

2. Marketing Strategy

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, branding)

Oversee content, advertising, and promotional activities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

3. Business Development

Identify growth opportunities and partnerships

Expand customer base and improve market share

Negotiate contracts and close deals

4. Budget & Performance Management

Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, operations, and leadership teams

Ensure alignment between sales goals and marketing campaigns

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing platforms
