Sales & Marketing Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA (KRA)

1-    Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding set sales targets.

2-    Acquiring New Customers: Attracting and acquiring new customers.

3-    Retaining Existing Customers: Retaining existing customers and increasing their loyalty.

4-    Product Knowledge and Presentation: Enhancing product knowledge and effectively presenting products to customers.

5-    Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints.

6-    Follow-up on Ad Enquiries: Timely follow-up on enquiries generated from ads (e.g. Google Ads, Fb, LinkedIn etc) and converting them into leads or sales, Maintain proper excel of all the enquiries.

7-    Customer Issue Resolution: Resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

8-    Project handling and resolution of complain at old and existing site.

9-    Cold calling to increase sales figures.
