• Key ResponsibilitiesManage seller accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, Nykaa, Etsy, and eBay.
• Seller account registration and onboarding.
• Product listing, catalog creation, and content optimization.
• Inventory and order management.
• Account health monitoring and issue resolution.
• Brand registry and intellectual property support.
• Marketplace advertising and promotional campaign management.
• Sales performance analysis and growth planning.
• Customer service and return management support.
• Reconciliation, payment tracking, and report generation.
• Coordination with logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment partners.
• Implement strategies to increase sales, visibility, and customer satisfaction.
