Sales & Marketing Executive

B2B Solar Sales Executive – Mahakal EnergyMahakal Energy is looking for a motivated and target-oriented B2B Solar Sales Executive to handle business leads and generate sales opportunities in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads received through IndiaMART, Google and other online platforms.
• Make daily outbound calls and follow up with prospective B2B customers.
• Develop new B2B clients such as solar dealers, contractors, builders, electricians, businesses and commercial customers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar products and solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers and follow up for order closure.
• Maintain all leads, customer details and follow-ups in CRM/CRN.
• Coordinate customer meetings, site visits and technical requirements with the concerned team.
• Negotiate with customers and convert qualified leads into orders.
• Follow up on pending quotations, orders and payments.
• Maintain daily call, lead and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in B2B Sales, Solar, Electrical, Power or related industries will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales ability may also apply.

Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives.
