Job Description
Objective:
Own sales numbers across B2B, exhibitions, and franchise counters. Close deals, control team, move stock.

Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
- Drive sales from B2B clients, exhibitions, and franchise stores
- Handle key clients & high-value orders
- Manage sales team: daily targets, follow-ups, closures
- Control exhibition sales, discounts, and collections
- Ensure stock rotation within 5–6 months
- Daily/weekly sales reporting
Requirements
Preferred if experience in jewellery sales (silver/designer preferred)
- Strong closing & exhibition experience
- Team-handling capability
- Numbers-driven, no excuse mindset
