Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Garment Sales Executive to drive sales, assist customers, and promote our clothing products. The candidate should have good communication skills and a strong understanding of fashion trends.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their clothing needs
- Recommend garments based on customer preferences, size, and style
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper display of garments in the store
- Handle billing and assist with cash/online transactions
- Keep track of stock and report low inventory
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and new arrivals
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of garments, fabrics, and fashion trends
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Customer handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software/POS)
- QualificationsMinimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience: 0–3 years in retail or garment sales (preferred but not mandatory)
