Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, conducting site visits, building client relationships, and closing property bookings. This is a high-energy, target-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals and earning well through performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Prospecting

•     Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing, portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing), and referrals

•     Make outbound calls to prospects and convert inquiries into site visits

•     Follow up consistently with cold, warm, and hot leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email

•     Maintain and update lead status daily in CRM

Client Meetings & Site Visits

•     Conduct site visits and present projects professionally to prospective buyers

•     Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences to recommend the right property

•     Address client queries about pricing, payment plans, legal approvals, and possession timelines

•     Follow up post-site visit and guide clients through the decision-making process

Deal Closure & Booking

•     Negotiate and close deals while maintaining company pricing and policies

•     Assist clients through the booking process — documentation, token amount, and agreement formalities

•     Coordinate with the accounts and legal team for smooth booking completion

•     Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned

Relationship Management

•     Build long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business

•     Stay in touch with booked clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

•     Represent the brand professionally at all client touchpoints

Reporting

•     Maintain daily call reports and update pipeline status in CRM or tracker

•     Share weekly sales performance updates with the Sales Manager

•     Track personal target vs achievement and work proactively to bridge gaps


What We Are Looking For

Must-Have

•     Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English

•     Confident, presentable, and professional in client-facing situations

•     Target-driven attitude with a strong desire to earn through performance

•     Ability to handle rejection and follow up persistently without losing motivation

•     Basic knowledge of real estate — project types, payment plans, RERA, and local market

Good to Have

•     Prior experience in real estate sales (residential / commercial / plots)

•     Existing client network or referral base in Jaipur

•     Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems

•     Two-wheeler for local site visit coordination (preferred)
