Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Generate new sales through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and field visits.
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coffee machine solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team.
- Build relationships with café owners, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales (B2B sales preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
