Job Description – Sales Executive (Work From Home)Company: VIP Astro Occult Academy

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Work From Home Sales Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our courses and workshops, following up with leads, and converting leads into sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to prospective customers.
• Explain our courses, workshops and services to interested leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable course information.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and sales in the company's CRM/system.
• Achieve the monthly sales target of 30 sales.
• Handle customer queries and basic objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the internal team for payment confirmation and customer onboarding.
• Participate in regular sales training and team meetings.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and represent the company positively.
• Salary, Target & Incentives:Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
• Monthly Target: 30 Sales
• Minimum 100 calls per day is mandatory.
• After achieving the target of 30 sales, the employee will receive an additional 5% incentive on eligible sales above the 30-sale target, as per company incentive policy.
• Additional incentives are also available on sales generated through other eligible products/services and sources, as per the applicable incentive structure.
• Salary and incentives are subject to the company's performance and incentive policy.

• Full-time role
• Candidates must have a smartphone, stable internet connection and a suitable environment for making calls.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude are required.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales or customer handling will be an advantage.
