Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, engaging prospective clients, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a results-oriented approach.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Identify potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and business presentations for prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close business deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums whenever required.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development will be preferred.
