📝 Job Overview: Vinay Sales Corporation is hiring Sales Coordinators to manage dispatch operations, back-office activities, client coordination, sales support, quotations, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and lead management from IndiaMART and other business portals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle dispatch department operations

• Manage back-office documentation and records

• Coordinate with clients for orders and deliveries

• Prepare quotations and invoices

• Follow up with customers for payments

• Manage and respond to leads received from IndiaMART and other portals

• Support the sales team in daily operations

• Maintain customer databases and sales records

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution

• Handle email communication and reporting

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Both Male and Female candidates can apply

• Minimum Graduate

• Commerce Graduates Preferred

• Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Experience Required
