Rooftop Solar Site Engineer

Job Title: Solar Project Engineer (Rooftop EPC)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (with travel to project sites as required)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Engineer to manage the technical planning of rooftop solar projects. The role involves conducting site surveys, preparing system layouts and BOQs, and site supervision after ensuring a seamless handover to the Installation & Commissioning team for execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical site surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar projects.
• Assess site feasibility, take measurements, and identify installation constraints.
• Prepare rooftop layout sketches and module placement plans.
• Prepare accurate BOQs and material requirements.
• Coordinate with the Installation & Commissioning team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, quality, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in rooftop solar EPC projects.
• Experience in site surveys, BOQ preparation, and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred)
• Good understanding of rooftop solar systems, structures, and electrical components.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
