Job Description
1. VISIT CUSTOMERS & SELL BROADBAND - Visit homes, apartments, and housing societies to sell broadband services to interested customers. Introduce ACT Fibernet plans and convince people to subscribe.
2. FIND NEW CUSTOMERS - Identify residential areas, apartment complexes, and commercial spaces where people need internet connections. Look for potential customers in your assigned territory.
3. EXPLAIN PLANS & OFFERS - Explain internet speeds, WiFi packages, and TV/OTT offers clearly to customers. Help them understand what they get in each plan.
4. ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS - Reach your weekly and monthly sales targets. Work towards crossing your assigned goals.
KEY FOCUS AREAS:
- Daily field visits to customer locations in assigned Cluster area.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Present broadband plans and offers clearly.
- Complete customer documentation.
- Meet sales numbers every week and month.
