Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive for our Tiles & Sanitary showroom. The candidate will assist customers in selecting tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and related products while ensuring excellent customer service

• Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the showroom and understand their requirements (home, office, project work, etc.)
• Suggest suitable tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and adhesives based on design, budget, and space
• Explain product features such as size, design, brand, quality, and price
• Assist customers in selection using catalogues, sample displays, and design ideas
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with billing department
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation and delivery
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve showroom conversion rate
• Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for stock availability
• Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution
