• Service staff aur stewards ko guide aur supervise karna
• Guests ko proper seating aur service ensure karna
• Service timing aur order flow monitor karna
• Rush hours me service quality maintain karna
• Guest HandlingGuests ko professionally attend karna
• Menu explanation aur recommendations dena
• Guest complaints aur concerns politely resolve karna
• Hospitality standards maintain karna
• Repeat guests aur party guests ko properly handle karna
• Team CoordinationKitchen, Billing, Bar aur Management team ke sath coordination maintain karna
• KOT flow aur order dispatch timing monitor karna
• Delays ya operational issues ki immediate reporting karna
• Staff discipline aur grooming standards maintain karwana
• Order & Billing SupervisionOrders properly place aur verify karna
• Special instructions kitchen tak accurately communicate karna
• Billing coordination aur guest checkout process smooth maintain karna
• Sales & Customer ExperienceUpselling aur guest satisfaction par focus rakhna
• Parties aur group bookings ko professionally handle karna
