Job Description

Hiring – Residential Building Manager / Facility ExecutiveWe are looking for a well-educated, mature, responsible, and professional individual to manage the day-to-day operations of a residential building.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day building operations.
  • Coordinate with residents and resolve their queries professionally.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
  • Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the premises.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain records, reports, and resident complaints.
  • Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Requirements:Graduate (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Mature, polite, and responsible personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
  • Experience in residential society, apartment, or facility management will be preferred.
