Job Title: Relationship Manager Home Loan Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients for Home Loan / LAP products

Conduct market visits to identify potential customers

Generate leads through dealers, consultants, market visits, direct meetings, references, and internet mining

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and build strong relationships

Ensure excellent customer service is delivered

Meet monthly sales targets and productivity norms

Maintain strict KYC compliance

Follow company policies and banking regulations

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: 2 LPA 4 LPA

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

14 years experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP Sales

Age: 21-35 years

Strong sales & marketing skills

Target-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality
