Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the company's dealer and distributor network across assigned territories.
  • Identify potential dealers/distributors and drive their appointment and onboarding.
  • Explore new markets and territories to generate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and business agreements.
  • Drive sales through the dealer network and achieve assigned targets.
  • Monitor dealer performance, sales growth, and market coverage.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product supply and partner support.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Development, Dealer Development, or Channel Sales, preferably in automobile, hardware, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience in dealer and distributor appointment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
