Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office.
• Eager to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
