Job Description

Sourcing & Acquisition: Generate new leads via field visits, open market sales, Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), and partner networks.

Customer Engagement: Explain home loan and LAP products, check customer eligibility, and understand financial requirements.

Loan Lifecycle Management: Collect, verify customer documents, and support clients from application to final disbursement.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with internal credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely and compliant loan processing.

Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing trust and connection with existing borrowers and channel partners.
