Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, along with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for residential and commercial projects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and facilitate the sales process from inquiry to closure.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and registration processes.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Education:
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
