Real Estate Sales Executive

ob Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial properties.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.

• Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales.

• Follow up with leads and maintain records in CRM.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and smooth transactions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset with customer-handling experience.

• Knowledge of real estate market and property sales.

• Ability to work on targets and in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office.

• Prior experience in sales/real estate preferred.
