Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing property deals while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and site visits

Conduct property presentations and client site visits

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships

Negotiate and close deals efficiently

Maintain records and update CRM regularly

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

Graduate in any field

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market is a plus
