Job Description
Generate leads through cold calling, references, digital platforms, and other channels.
Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Explain project details, property features, pricing, payment plans, and available inventory.
Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Negotiate with clients within approved company pricing and commercial terms.
Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and documentation teams to facilitate bookings and closures.
Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, site visits, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep updated on market trends, competitor projects, and prevailing property prices.
