We are looking for an experienced Ready Goods Assorter to join our gemstone manufacturing unit.

If you have a sharp eye for detail and strong experience in gemstone sorting, this opportunity is for you!

📍 Location: Sitapura, Jaipur – 302022

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Work Days: Monday to Saturday

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on Experience & Skill)

💎 About the Role

This role requires high accuracy, strong observation skills, and deep knowledge of gemstone assorting.

You will be responsible for ensuring only the finest quality stones are selected and sorted as per company standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✨ Assort gemstones based on quality, size, color & clarity

✨ Accurately sort color stones as per company specifications

✨ Use eye glass & loupe for detailed gemstone inspection

✨ Identify defects, inclusions, cracks & color variations

✨ Maintain accuracy and consistency in grading & sorting

✨ Handle gemstones carefully to avoid damage

✨ Follow strict quality standards & company SOPs

✅ Requirements

🎓 Education: 8th / 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

👨‍💼 Experience: 1 to 10 years in gemstone assorting or related field

🔍 Strong knowledge of eye glass assorting techniques

🔬 Must be skilled in using loupe for inspection

🌈 Good understanding of color stones, grading & shade matching

💎 Prior experience in gemstone industry preferred
