QA / QC Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA - QC Manager to manage and maintain quality standards across our furniture and interior production unit/factory. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet approved designs, specifications, measurements, finishing standards, and quality requirements before dispatch.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities in the production unit.
• Inspect raw materials, hardware, boards, veneers, laminates, finishes, and other materials.
• Conduct quality inspections at different stages of production.
• Check furniture as per approved drawings, dimensions, specifications, and design standards.
• Identify defects, deviations, and workmanship issues and ensure timely correction.
• Maintain quality inspection reports and production quality records.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Installation teams to resolve quality issues.
• Establish and maintain SOPs and quality checklists for different production processes.
• Monitor finishing quality, edge banding, carpentry, joinery, polishing, painting, hardware installation, and overall workmanship.
• Conduct final inspection before dispatch and ensure products are properly packed and ready for delivery.
• Track recurring quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure production processes follow company quality standards and timelines.
• Train and guide production staff regarding quality standards and best practices.
