Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for best pricing and quality
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast demand
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials/services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with legal and company procurement policies
• Manage contracts and agreements with suppliers
• Resolve supply issues, delays, and discrepancies
• Track and report key procurement metrics (cost savings, supplier performance, etc.)
