Purchase Manager

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for solar projects.
• Source and purchase solar materials such as Solar Panels, Inverters, Batteries, Structures, Cables, ACDB/DCDB, Earthing Materials, Junction Boxes, and other BOS (Balance of System) components.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure timely procurement for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Project, Finance, and Accounts teams for procurement planning and budget control.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
• Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, quantity, and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of solar products.
