About the RoleWe are looking for a professional, experienced and well-disciplined Driver cum Personal Security Officer (PSO) to provide safe and reliable transportation along with personal security support to the principal/executive.

The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, physically fit, well-mannered, alert, punctual and comfortable maintaining complete confidentiality.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Responsibilities

• Drive the principal/executive safely and professionally for daily travel, meetings, business appointments and official engagements.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained and ready at all times.
• Follow traffic rules and maintain a safe and responsible driving standard.
• Have good knowledge of local routes and navigation applications.
• Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings and occasional outstation travel.
• Assist with luggage, documents and other basic requirements when required.

Security / PSO Responsibilities

• Provide close personal security and maintain a vigilant presence during travel and public engagements.
• Assess surroundings and remain alert to potential security concerns.
• Maintain appropriate distance and positioning while accompanying the principal.
• Coordinate with local security personnel, venue security and law-enforcement authorities when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the principal's movements, meetings, travel plans and personal/business information.
• Handle security-related situations calmly and responsibly.
• Candidate RequirementsValid LMV Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience.
• Prior experience as PSO / Personal Security Officer / Security Guard / Security Executive / Driver cum PSOpreferred.
• Experience working with HNI, business owners, senior executives, VIPs or corporate clients will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of road safety and defensive driving.
• Physically fit, alert and presentable.
• Good communication skills and professional conduct.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and punctuality.
• Must be comfortable with confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally outstation.
• Preferred QualificationsEx-servicemen / candidates with experience in the Army, Police, CAPF or professional security organisationsmay be preferred.
• Valid PSO/security training certification will be an advantage.
• Experience in defensive driving or advanced driving will be an added advantage.
