Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day site execution from finishing stage through project completion.
  • Plan, monitor and control project timelines and execution schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
  • Supervise luxury interior finishing, façade works and MEP coordination.
  • Ensure execution strictly follows approved drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and quality.
  • Review contractor bills, work progress and material reconciliation.
  • Manage procurement planning and site resource allocation.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective measures.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
  • Resolve technical issues and maintain seamless coordination between all stakeholders.
