Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production & Plant SupervisorCompany: Arihant Evergreen Agro Plast & Textiles Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur

• EligibilityAge: 25–40 years
• Candidates residing within 10 km of Sitapura will be preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Plastic, PVC/HDPE Pipe, Agriculture, Packaging, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Email.
• Hindi reading/writing is mandatory; basic English preferred.
• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Monitor production lines, machine utilization, and overall plant operations.
• Handle manpower, shift planning, attendance, and team supervision.
• Ensure production quality, reduce rejection, wastage, and downtime.
• Coordinate with Stores for raw materials and Dispatch for timely delivery.
• Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and production records.
• Report machine breakdowns to the Maintenance team and follow up until resolved.
• Ensure compliance with safety (PPE), 5S, and company SOPs.
• Monitor inventory, production efficiency, and machine performance.
• Train operators and helpers while maintaining discipline on the shop floor.
