Production Supervisor

• Supervise daily production activities and workforce on the manufacturing floor.
• Ensure production targets are met as per schedule.
• Monitor product quality and implement quality control procedures.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation in Excel.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
• Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper inventory usage and reduce material wastage.
• Train and guide production staff to improve productivity.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Mandatory Requirements: • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing

facility.

• Proven experience managing factory workers and production labour.

• Experience handling production and packaging operations.

• Ability to achieve daily output targets and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, Email, production data entry).

• Ability to read and follow SOPs, systems, and checklists.

• Basic English reading and writing skills.

• Strong numerical skills for production reporting, counting, and inventory tracking.
