💼 Job Responsibilities

* Making outbound calls to US insurance companies to check claim status

* Handling insurance denials and patient eligibility verification

* Following up with insurance providers for claim resolution

* Ensuring adherence to productivity and quality benchmarks

* Maintaining accurate documentation and process compliance

🕒 Work Schedule & Benefits

* Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

* Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

* Facilities Provided: 🚕 Cab & 🍽️ Meals

💰 Salary Package

* Freshers: ₹20,000 CTC

* Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹24,000 CTC

Incentive Up to 5000
