Premier Acquisition Manager - CASA-RL SALES-Sales

As a Premier Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring new customers for the bank's CASA-RL segment. This role is crucial in expanding the bank's customer base and increasing market share. You will work closely with the sales team and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. The position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's growth and success.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target high-value customers and acquire new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the market, staying updated on industry trends.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the sales process.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and train junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building the bank's reputation and network.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to make informed sales decisions.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including current account, savings account, and retail lending.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
