Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Other programmatic and display networks
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Marketing attribution platforms
- Improve key metrics including:
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Conduct A/B testing on:
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Audience targeting
- Messaging
- Collaborate with creative, content, product, and sales teams.
- Build performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
